Code of Conduct

RandR Concierge Ltd accepts businesses and service providers into our supplier and partner network that meet our Network/Partner Standards. To work with RandR Concierge Ltd’s clients and staff, we ask that you review and accept the following Supplier Code of Conduct:

 

1. Booking Terms

 

Any Terms & Conditions of booking will be provided to RandR Concierge Ltd at the time of booking or they shall have no effect. Any cancellation, refund, or scheduling terms must be clearly stated. Any changes to the terms and conditions must be provided in writing prior to engagement of services.

The supplier is responsible for the data protection and security of financial details inclusive of the card holders’ personal data (credit or debit) that RandR Concierge Ltd provides to you.

Any RandR Concierge Ltd supplier or partner must comply with any applicable data protection, specifically but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR” (2018).

 

2. Goods and Services

 

All goods and services for RandR Concierge Ltd clients and staff will be performed in a professional manner, and in accordance with the details and terms and conditions provided at the time of booking. If you are unable to provide the services in the timeframe or manner requested, you will inform RandR Concierge Ltd as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours or 2 business days after services are requested.

3. Liability

 

It is agreed that RandR Concierge Ltd shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of the provision of goods or services. You agree to indemnify RandR Concierge Ltd against any claims made by any person or entity against RandR Concierge Ltd in respect of any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the provision of any goods or services.

Businesses and service providers agree to maintain current General Liability Insurance in an amount no less than £500,000 or £3,000,000 for inherently dangerous activities, including but not limited to automotive transport, equestrian activities, boat charters, helicopter charters, aviation charters, or activities involving firearms of any kind.
